This form is for EU citizens who want to raise a concern or raise awareness of an issue which relates to the DMA. Feedback from interested citizens is a very valuable source of information for the European Commission, which we take seriously. Before submitting your request, please consult the DMA website’s EU Citizen Q&A section to check whether it already provides an answer to your question. If you cannot find an answer in the EU Citizen Q&A section, please submit your request below. Please also consult the Gatekeepers Portal to check which companies and Core Platform Services (CPSs) are currently designated. We will revert to you with an answer unless your question is already covered in the DMA website’s EU Citizen Q&A section, relates to the general malfunctioning of a digital product or service (which is an issue that is not regulated by the DMA) or does not relate to a (potential) Gatekeeper or a CPS listed in the DMA.
