This portal has two objectives: it is dedicated to Citizens who want to raise a concern or awareness of an issue which relates to the DMA and to Whistleblowers with insider information about and/or experience within a Gatekeeper or potential Gatekeeper.

EU Citizens

If you are an EU Citizen who wishes to contact the DMA team, before submitting your request, please consult the EU Citizen Q&A to check whether it already contains an answer to your question. Only if you cannot find an answer within the EU Citizen Q&A section, please submit your request here. We will revert to you with an answer unless the topic is already covered in the EU Citizen Q&A section.

Whistleblowers

If you are an individual with insider information about and/or experience within a Gatekeeper or potential Gatekeeper (e.g. employee or former employee) and you wish to report wrongdoing or harmful practices by a Gatekeeper or potential gatekeeper, please use the DMA Whistleblower Tool to securely and, if you prefer, anonymously share your intelligence with us. Inside knowledge and assistance can be a powerful tool to help the Commission to enforce the DMA and your contribution is greatly appreciated.
